i wanna play too

betsy and i saw rob&big in their easily recognizable matte black suv today.

it's sad that i knew it was them immediately.

what's worse is to admit that occasionally i watch the show and would love nothing more than to hang out with those guys.  maybe it's just me, but they seem really fun.  all they seem to do, 24hours/day, is come up with ways to keep themselves entertained.

i want to have bicycle races and participate in the miniature helicopter races all over their house.

yeah. that's right.

betsy & i also checked out sjp's line 'bitten' today.  it's honestly not that bad--for $8.98. NOTHING in the line is over that price.  She has some ballet flats identical to some I recently purchased for about $20.  i'm sure the best of the line sold out immediately, but what was left wasn't horrible either. b got a couple cute pieces & i picked up some jewelry.

all i've heard the past 2 days are of the ever growing number of celebs who've recently signed line deals.

SERIOUSLY.  why are they giving any and everyone in star magazine a clothing line.  i can't imagine people looking at rachel bilson and thinking, 

'you know, i bet that girl would be great at designing denim.'

whatever, talent and credibility are far too overrated these days anyway- right?

a break from speech writing

as per usual, i am looking for any excuse to take a break from my speech writing.  i have the tv on as background noise because i've found silence scares me more than the dark.  while glancing up momentarily i caught the end of my current, favorite commercial:

weekend updaaate

these pictures are all over the place bc i'm still getting used to this formating.  i will miss the simplicity of iweb.  nothing beats dragging a photo from an album on my computer onto the post.

i think these pictures start from last night (saturday.) b, gregory, isaac & wyatt came over before we all headed to detroit bar to meet up w a number of others.

now these are from friday night.  isaac made his 'world famous rice' for rory & myself & then we met up with others at alex's for a bit.  bar conversations with random people are so amusing.

typing that sentence just reminded me of this dude i made friends with while waiting for dustin or someone to finish their goodbyes. he just moved here from hawaii and is majoring in business at state, i think i told him i'd show him around and help him make friends. haha.

it turns out the only photo taken wednesday night at hotel cafe was this one, of ryan and his glorious beard.  the show was fun, it was nice to see him and the other dudes in the band.

yesterday my GM asked me if i would agree to supervise once a week.

it's crazy bc with my state as of late, i expected her topic of conversation to be more focused on hoping i improve something here or there.

there is no feeling like that of being appreciated.

i've decided i like blogs better.

i enjoy being able to list friend's blogs and allow comments on the rare chance anyone feels so inclined.

this url is slightly easier to remember.

i won't really update anything until tomorrow bc i should be getting ready and not surfing the web, but while reading up on my campaign persuasion blog i remembered i once had a blogspot; now lost in blogspace somewhere bc i can't remember which email address i used.
