Friday night turned out to be another friend's going away party...this time to NYC (more jealous feelings.)  Two going away parties for two different people with in 24 hours, both to places I could only dream of living in.  I think it's a sign, maybe I should rethink things...anyway, Friday night a group of us gathered to say goodbye to Des.  Fun ensued as the pictures will narrate.  

"yay" for more job interviews, for SF trips and for everything else yet to come.

One of my favorite co-workers & friends, t, has decided to spend her post CSULB days & pre- Gradschool days in England & I couldn't be more jealous.  She & her roommates arranged the most appropriate and entertaining going away bbq/party for the occasion this past Thursday.

What kind of surfer/bro-party would it have been with out a little beer pong.

I will miss that girl but I wish her the best of luck.

last night tawny & i ventured up from LB to go support delta spirit & hang out at their album release party at spaceland.  mel met up which made things that much better.  for some reason all the guys thought it was weird that we were drinking white wine.  by the end of the night i had quon sporting a glass of his own.  he has no idea what he's getting himself into, he will be a full blown wino by the end of the week.  we ran into eli & josh whom i haven't seen in forever.  we had a dance party after the set & it felt like 2006/7 at the cock N bull.

monday night i was lucky enough to be cat's +1 for radiohead's hollywood bowl show.

the liars opened which was a lot of fun.  i haven't seen them in years & enjoyed some of their newer stuff.  radiohead opened with my absolute favorite song (reckoner) & it couldn't have been more perfect.

we watched lots of celebrities slip back and forth between the vip entrance and their seats and laughed at some of the more eccentric fans.

over all, it was an amazing night.

i can't wait until i have a "real" job where i can justify spending lots of money on wonderful ensembles like these with out feeling horribly guilty.

it's going to happen soon, i can feel it.

2am cranium is fun...saturdays at the cemetery are fun. finally being 100% done with school is amazing.
